Mission
Our mission is to create real and sustainable change in the lives of people from vulnerable groups through social activities with high public value. As a social enterprise, we work for the benefit of individuals who face persistent barriers to accessing the labour market and achieving social integration.
Through various training programmes, support initiatives, and employment opportunities, we empower refugees, migrants, and individuals seeking protection. to develop skills, confidence, and independence. In our role as a responsible employer, we create a safe working environment in which socialisation and adaptation are fundamental building blocks in the process of integration.
Our goal is not merely to provide social services, but to build a sustainable model of inclusion—one in which work, personal development, and support go hand in hand and lead to long-term social returns for society as a whole.

In our effort to expand support for our communities, we are preparing to launch new activities and services focused on learning, development, and social inclusion:
Bulgarian language courses—for children and adults, with a focus on practical communication and successful integration into society and the labour market.
Hourly activities for children—educational and creative sessions in a supportive environment that encourage socialisation, learning through play, and personal development.
Establishing a co-working space—a shared working environment that supports employment, entrepreneurship, and professional development, including for people from vulnerable groups.
